Cancellations until two weeks before an event receive a 50% refund. For some events other time frames may apply. In this case the time frame will be mentioned on the signup page for the event (under "Cancellation").

To cancel your participation, please send an email to Quantum Health Scandinavia with your bank details (and IBAN no., if outside of Denmark). Any bank charges will be incurred by you. Your registration fee is non-refundable on absence of attendance.

In the event of cancellations/changes to parts of the program refunds are not awarded. However, QHS will do everything to find an alternative as close to the original as possible. The same enthusiasm applies, if it should be necessary to change the event’s venue(s).

In the unlikely event of complete cancellation of an event, only a part-refund can be offered. This is when cancellation is caused by situations outside of QHS or for which QHS are responsible for and, despite appropriate care, QHS have been unable to predict. This is also applicable for force majeure or situations similar to force majeure.
